Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how we handle personal data on this site. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we track nothing without your consent, and we never pass on your data for marketing purposes.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is SecretBrand Solutions LTD, Palaion Patron Germanou 11, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus, represented by Sascha Dith. Contact: info@secretbrand.eu.
2. Data we collect
When you use one of the forms on this site, we process the details you submit: name, email address, phone number, your budget indication and your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and to prepare a possible advisory mandate.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
3. Storage and recipients
Your enquiry is stored in our CRM system (monday.com — a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider) and processed via our email provider. This website is hosted at [hosting provider and server location — to be confirmed before launch].
Beyond that, your data is only passed on where this is necessary to handle your enquiry — for instance to a lawyer instructed by you — and never for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and tracking
Analytics and marketing tools (Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Tag) run only after you have given your consent via the consent bar (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Without your consent, no tracking scripts are loaded.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — using the link at the end of this page.
5. WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policies of WhatsApp / Meta Platforms apply in addition. Contacting us via WhatsApp is entirely at your initiative; please share only the information you wish to share there.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to rectification, erasure and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. An informal message to info@secretbrand.eu is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cypriot supervisory authority: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia.
7. No newsletters, no profiling
What we promise in the form holds here as well: no newsletters, no automated follow-up sequences, no profiling. Your data is deleted once it is no longer required to handle your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
